The dirt was flying in Oklahoma this past weekend as OFNA Team Pilot Josh Wheeler again makes an impressive showing. Using a Hyper 7 Pro he placed 8th in the qualifiers, and finished 3rd in the A-Main. Look for OFNA to continue its winning streak in upcoming races.

 OFNA LD3 Continues Winning Streak In Asian Market 01 June 2003
In the Asian market, the OFNA LD3 has won or TQ'ed in every match since it's race debut in December of 2002. At the last big race in Taiwan the OFNA LD3 took TQ, 1st and 2nd place, with 5 LD3's rolling in the A Main. See the pictures below.

The car code named Jammin X-1 CR TQ's both rounds at the So.Cal. Saturday Series. Factory Test Pilot, Adam Drake, entered the X-1 CR in it's second race of competition at the most elite gas racing series in the country. With some of the top racers on hand, Adam scored the pole position for the start of the A-main. Leading most of the main, a mistake at the finish line cost him the overall win by inches.
"Although we are not out to win races at this stage of development, it's gratifying to know that the car is capable of it." says Jammin Jay Halsey.
"We ran the same exact set-up we used in Vegas. It's amazing that the car was so good since the tracks are totally opposite. That's probably what cost Adam the win, since altering the set-up would have made the car much faster. The last minute decision to race the car is why the set-up wasn't changed, but we aren't disappointed since we now know that the car can be competitive anywhere."

 Silverstate Offroad Nitro Challenge 6 April 2003
Silverstate Nitro Challenge in Las Vegas, Nevada, Adam Drake and Josh Wheeler entered the A-Main: Josh Wheeler using a Hyper 7 Pro and Drake using OFNA Jammin EX-1 prototype. Both drivers had electrical difficulties during the first 20 minutes of the race and could not finish.

 OFNA Takes 1st & 2nd @ CRCRC 26 Jan 2003
OFNA team pilots make an outstanding appearance at the 8th annual CRCRC taking 1st and 2nd on the indoor track. Along with taking the checkered, 4 OFNA Hypers made it to the A-Main - Steve Hale (7th), Justin Wheeler (10th), Josh Wheeler (8th) and Jess Albright (2nd). **Brian Kinwald will run Hyper in 2003.**
