|
|
Last month I purchased a front and rear OFNA Super Torsen 43T Differential for my Kyosho O/R. Am very disappointed as the first day that I dropped in the rear diff one of my out drives cups snapped under none racing conditions flat ground. The internal shaft to the cup sheered off inside.
I searched for a replacement part but cannot find a distributor stocking this part. Am not going to replace the whole diff, there is nothing wrong with the crown gear/ teeth and other moving parts. If I have to send the diff back to you for inspection and under warranty that fine by me but for such a small part I would rather just pay for a replacement to save time.
Please can you advise as to where I can purchase these parts as Amain Hobbies don’t stock this specialized part.. this is where I bought the ONFA DIFF from originally...
Please contact me OFNA about returns as your email does not work ...
This is not a negative post in anyway am just having a problems trying to contact you and get a new part.
Thanks

| OFNA techs do not read the forums. You will be better off calling them directly on the phone yourself or keep trying the email |

I dought Ofna warrantees much of anything given the destructive nature of this business, but it cant hurt to try. Wookster is correct, your better of calling them on the phone.
If your only looking for Ofna replacement parts, I'd suggest you contact NitroHouse.com |

Okay, you are only a month late! So you read the forum, but not often enough to make it a valid way of trying to contact you guys at OFNA customer support. |

If I may poke my nose in where it may not belong, I have spoke to Roger at OFNA tech several times and every time he has been VERY helpfull, he even got a part sent to me for my MBX at no cost to me. |

Can we say Brown noser?
Point was bug, Ofna techs DO NOT help out on this forum much, if AT ALL. Therefor as was suggested, it is best for folks who need assistance in a timely manner read before that Ofna kit they just bought is obsolete, to CALL OFNA just as you oviously HAD TO! |

Sorry I can't always be on this forum every minute to assit in your questions being that we answer phones, be on other forums, help with shipping warranty products for those customers or helping our walk-in customers that need help in learning how to get their engines running. We as techs here do alot more to keep things rolling and making sure things are heard about problems and try to get them corrected. So since you have this problem with a part send it to me and I'll take care of it.
