| I'd think they'd be fine because the Savage which is considered like the toughest truck ever has plastic towers and they hold up fine |

Not a single issue...They are very strong, and if they broke in a crash, I'd hate to see what the rest of the truck would look like... |

It uses 17mm stock. The killer thing is you have so much to choose from for wheels. You can run a narrow set up (which I prefer) using the ProLine STR rims, or run a wider setup using the CRT rims.
We/I found that the Traxxas Responce Tires fits the ST rims perfectly, and the Ofna molded 38 series foams fit the tires very well also. Panther Pythons will also fit the ST rims perfectly. Another wheel/tire combo that will become very popular are the Losi Truggy rims and tires. They will fit the ST as well, and they'll probably work very well just about everywhere...Like "freeze" said there are a bunch of wheel hubs that will be coming very soon, and there will be like 6 different widths you'll be able to run...It's only going to get better as more becomes available for it...
Have Fun...Burn Nitro...
Thanks for the nice words...We apreciate it a ton... |

trust me I am a very competive consumer and when I purchase I do my research and when you find a good product or buisness they deserve nothing but rave reviews fom me and should be everyone my experience with nitrohouse is 100% perfect only one time had a shipping problem and nitrohouse did more then correct it perfectly
and you seem to spend a awful lot of effort on these boards helping people which is greatly appreciated I am sure throught this community
my only suggestion is keep the internet site for thge house a little better flowing and up to date and I'd bet you guys would sell even more stuff however I personally like ordering over the phone thru you guys because Hobao info is a little tough to come by and you guys have the most
what the skinny on your truck current mods and setup info post it up on the setup page hommie |

in the latest edition of RC driver, they reviewed the HST and said it uses 14mm hex wheels...guessing they had a typo. thats where my lhs got the info... |

Yes, IF you use hub extenders. No, if your don't. The ST rims have a deep offset to them, that will narrow the CRT a bunch. Use some 10-15mm extenders and then you'll be good to go...Both are 17mm hexes, but different offsets...
