Hello i have a roto start engine but there is a problem every time i try using the roto start it will spin but it is not spining the shaft fast enough to start the car what should i do?

Sounds like the one way bearing needs to be cleaned. Take the roto start off and clean the bearing with some motor spray and relub the bearing and you should be all set.
