finish well at large events keep track and send out to companies. and you will get picked up by a couple.

let me just say that just enjoy racing or you will end up if all you ever do is try to get sponsored, even if you do well at large events that doesn't guarantee a sponsorship. and all you get is frustrated that you have been doing good and you haven't gotten sponsored, better to just enjoy racing and spending time at the track with your friends. If you are good enough to you will get picked up in time.

also remember that pros aren't fast because there sponsored. they were extremely fast before they got sponsored. and they would all be finishing as well as they do now even if they weren't sponsored.

Very nice Russ...Good post, and I agree completely...

Keep racing fun, and if its meant to be, then go after the sponsorship, but I can personally tell you...Its not easy to get sponsored...I've been working at it for a long time, and I still don't have a chassis sponsor. Granted I have several small sponsors and I'm very grateful for them, but it's very hard to get to the next level...Almost better off just having fun sometimes...Hence my catch phrase...

Have Fun...Burn Nitro...

from what i heard the first 1 or 2 sonsorshipdeals are the hardest to get (not counting full factory ride). so try and get a couple local sponsorships first like lhs. having some kind of sponsorship deal makes it easier to pick up other ones like tires and fuel ect.

$265 for a Pro kit? What kind of quality/duribility do they have if they are that cheap. I know price point does not equate to real world worth, but that just seems awfully low.
