For all Force engines:
Bring both needles out to flush in relation to the collar or sleeve that it is in.
Then:
Turn the high speed needle in 2 turns from the top. Leave the bottom end or low end flush with it's sleeve and that will be the general running area for these engines. No matter if it is a .21....25...or 26
