I'm new to the hobby after 30 year absence - boy has a lot changed....
Anyway, have a OFNA Hyper 10 TT RTR and HT-2.4EF controller.
Put in a fresh 7.2v 3300mah NiMh battery, and the radio I believe is bound to the car. It steers left/right, does forward/reverse - on the bench. I go to give it full throttle and then it stops, does a reverse pulsating thing - sounds like "beep, beep, beep, beep" - sorry I'm a computer guy, so I liken it to a BIOS post code. What does this mean. I have to reset the receiver and it does it again. I have a video posted at http://marge.zackburns.com/~zburns/OFNAHyperTT.mov - it's only 4.8 meg - take a look.
Also it doesn't seem to like going backwards after a brake immediately. |
