If you've stripped the head part of the screw, get a Dremel and a cut-off wheel and 'make' a regular flathead screwdriver slot.
It'll come right out.

I prefer the super glue on the wrench tip to get it out ive heard of other people having problems with glue boogers afterwards but I've never had any.
