force 28 head problem

My force 28 has a leak from the glow plugs threads. The motor has severals gallons thru it and it's not worth a $25 investment of a new head. So I had to break down and buy a new motor a GO 26, but I really love this force 28 If you wore your force 28 motor out if you broke yours Force 28 in some manner help a brother out send me your old head please it will see new life in my motor next time I race. Thank you B

I'm considering rebuilding mine soon and I'll change my head,my current one has broken fin but the glowplug hole doesn't leak.I'll let you know when I'm ready Are you sure it's not the head gasket/shim

Is this a common problem with these 28's and a glow plug leak and is that just a sign that the motor is worn out or getting that way. Also anyother fixes other than a new head??
