A great place to buy parts is Nitrohouse.com, about the buggy? Are you planning on racing or bash?

IMO I will go with the Hyper 8.5x or Hyper 8.5 Pro if you have the electronics and angine. Great buggy for racing and you can get set ups sheets from Nitrohouse website. The Hyper 9.5 is more for bashing than racing period. If you are going to spend some money do it smart and get something that can hold the abuse and if you are planning on racing you wont left behind. Good choices beside the 8.5 is the Hyper 9, Jammin if you want to stick to the ofna lines. Other thing is go to your local track and see what everyone is racing so you can get some help also check your local hobby shop and look what brands they carry so you can get the parts that you need and get you running fast. GL with your quest...
