Hi guys. Has anybody tried a Picco .28 on their Hyper 9s? I have one and it doesn't look like there's a way to fit it to an engine mount. The holes don't align. Any ideas?

You're not gonna find too many people that would use a .28 in this buggy! Way too much engine!

Thanks. Any recommendations on good engine? I assume people use .21s. My budget is $300.

No problem...I still have last years B5 and a NIB 2010 version as a backup! I doubt I'll even need the new one for this upcoming season. the B5 has more bottom end grunt than a V-Spec. It's an absolute monster with the 2013 pipe!
If I didn't already have a Novarossi 9901 Super Strong and a new version Werks 2013 pipe I would purchase the 2057 for it's versatility.
If you have any questions or issues you can get answers directly from Ron at Werks Racing on the RC-Tech B5 thread. |

I use that one as well! You'll be pretty happy with those purchases. Plus, you'll be legal to race at any track with the .21.

Oh crap....should have mentioned to get the O'Donnell 97T turbo plug! They work great with this engine and they are easier on the wallet!
