I was wondering if anyone knew what the stock diffs were running the manual says to put in:
F 3000
C 5000
R 1000

I wonder if that is what it comes with out of the box.

Has anyone pulled theirs open to see if there is grease or fluid in there?

mine had fluid in them. I ran mine straight out of the box now for three weeks. Going to change diff fluid today to 3-3-1

Unless they changed i have a 2nd gen kit and it's 351. Sofar it runs great out of box.
