hi there havent posted for a while as i sold my st and used my losi truggy for a while and then i sold that and went bought myself a losi 8 buggy
raced that for a while and got bored so i decided to sell the lot .....and somehow i decided to get a st again.....so going to build another one ....now the question is i know the st chassis is heavy ive seen some lightweight chassis for sale .....are they any good .....as the problem with the st is weight and my last one went on a serious atkins diet and it was very competitive ......so this new one will have to go the same route .....ive got an old hyper 7 pro buggy which im going to canabilise for some parts
here is a pic of my old st looking rather battered after a full season of racing
but i want to do more to this one .....any tips?

I know for some $100 isnt easy to come by but I would say go get a BCE chassis. I have one although I have left my ST on the shelf for sometime so its never seen dirt. But if you read the BCE thread, guys love the chassis and suggest it over the stock.
Other then that,I havent put my truck on the diet. Its a pig but with a strong enough motor,it will still move like a rabbit. |

Can you tell that the truck is longer when you are driving it. Does the truck fell more stable than the stock truck. |

i got 2 hyper st pro truggies , one is the BCE and lightweight.other is almost std truggy , i'm selling the std one because the BCE drives just better and handles better on rough tracks, cornering is better .
My choice is the BCE |

| the motor mount is a hong nor quick release one ......you have to elongate the original holes slightly but it fits well |
