Yes a little high
I use a 16T pinion but may go down to a 14T
And the VXL will get a fan or two in the near future
Until I get a bigger BL set this will have to do
I'm looking at either the Mtroniks 1/8 or the Ez-Run c3 and c4 combos |

I was at the machine shop and got the sides and kick-up bend
to match the standard Hyper 7 chassis
5mm thick chassis with a custom length rear drive shaft
3mm thick chassis
Front Kick-up
I made the motor mount from a piece of angle alloy 40x40x4 mm x 85mm long
It's very difficult to see the extended drive shaft under the antenna
If you want I'll get a better photo later
