That is an old Blazer SST. It has the same chassis as the OFNA HODR. I don't believe that it ever came with the two-speed, though. As for engine selection, it more than likely had a Force .21 4 port in it, although it would accept just about any .21 engine with pretty much whatever 1/8 clutch bell. Many of the parts from the Ultra series are usable on it. The basic design hasn't changed much.
