You adjust the tranny to shift when ever you want it or need it.

Take a look at this manual if you have the chance print this out because you are going to use it http://www.ofna.com/pdf/34317-GTP-2-RTR-MANUAL.pdf. Now the second link is for just the tranny http://www.ofna.com/pdf/8-Cam-2speed.pdf. Look in this diagram for an ilustration that said "Comes pre-assembled." on the very beginin, the 4 x 4mm set screw is the one that you are going to use to adjust the reaction of the tranny, you can make it shift early or you can make it shift late how ever you like the must. You can adjust one hr at a time so you can see how the tranny change where shift. All this information is here in this website just need to look around, here is the link http://www.ofna.com/manuals.html. Here is an other link that show you different topics http://www.ofna.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=23. Feel free to ask. hope this help.

With the correct set up can go over 40MPH easy. I seen this 1/8 cars go over 60mph its up to the engine, pipe, gear ratios, etc. to make it happen.

Don't know what happen, anyway, go to the main page of OFNA and look the righ side of the screen and look for instruction manuals scroll down and look for 2 speed, cam. The next one is in the same section on top under Ultra GTG RTR. The last link was in the forum look for on road section you will see the DM & GTP threads section.
