Just received a brand new LX2...Cannot get it tuned correctly. Tower Hobbies says that the buggy comes with a .28 Force engine but, the carb shown on the website is not the same carb as on the .28 Force engine? The carb does not have a low-speed needle in the location shown on the illustration. I am fairly new to the nitro RC world...if someone has any suggestions on tuning the engine I would appreciate it. The engine will start and run for about 2 or 3 minutes then die...start back up on the first pull then die about 20 seconds later. Not sure what the deal is? Please help!

Are you still doing an engine break-in?
If so you may want to lean the high speed approx 1/12 of one turn and slightly raise the idle. If your settings are still at the break-in settings. The low speed is mainly for for throttle response.

Here is a link to show where the low speed screw is:

Thanks for the response! I had it running but now the engine is seized up completely? I guess I need to take it apart to see what the deal is?

Thanks again for the info!
