I dropped my Hyper 7 from about 36" and it landed on its head...Ever since then, anytime i hit mid to full throttle it stays there, the carb closes back to idle gap, but the engine goes full tilt until I either hit the brakes or pinch the fuel line. I sealed the back plate, carb, needles, I even bought new head shims and reset the needles to factory setting; nothing has helped. About ready to shelf this thing...

Thanks for any insight.

Hard to say, If there are no cracks in the case, no air leaks, it sounds like possibly the low speed circut is not adjusted properly.

The engine seems like its sealed pretty good. Iidled it and sprayed card cleaner in the usual trouble spots and there was no rpm change. It at a complete loss with this thing.
