mach 28 engine needs upgrading          OFNA Nitro Talk Back Forum Forum Index -> Hyper Engines View previous topic :: View next topic   Author Message philipandrewfarmer1973 Joined: 02 Oct 2011 Posts: 2 Posted: Sun Oct 02, 2011 7:17 am    Post subject: mach 28 engine needs upgrading hi i have a hyper 8 with a mach 28 engine it runs ok but i need a good 21 engine. i really like the look of the rb s7 l2g which i have seen still available on the internet. i like the performance the mach 28 gives so my question is if i spend £200 on the rb s7 l2g will i be getting more performance due to the fact i will be going from a 28 to a 21 due to racing rules Back to top Author Message David S. (even though the mach is larger) Most .21 race engines may not have quite the torque of the Mach engine but it will have more mid and top end power, and rpm. I know I'm late to the party, but you might need a new engine by now, lol. WERKS B5 if you want a torque monster and a B6 if you want to rev to the moon. They also came in Pro version. The regular B5 is marked as Sport engine but is winning against engines twice the price and is Italian.
