I have recently decided to get a nitro car for the first time and I purhasEd a used Ofna ultra Lx one buggy with the .28 engine. I know nothing about maintenance and upkeep. Also are there any upgrades that you all suggest that I get for it. Thanks for your help.

If you are bashing, the buggy is a tank just like it is. Read around here in the nitro section so you can learn how tune the engine, that is the biggest headache for any nob.
