I'm looking at specs on a hyper7 PBS and a ultra gtp chassis,could gtp suspension be mounted on the hyper7' I also have a jammin x1cr I could convert if it's possible

Hyper and Ultra suspension parts do not interchange. They are both made by 2 different companies for Ofna.
You can convert a Jammin to an on-road car

I have a Jammin X1CR,an old one
If that will work out can you point me in the direction to what parts will be needed,is there a kit?

So looking thru the manual provided on ofnas site I tracked down most of the parts for the gtp,I can't find the pivot ball aluminum caps anywhere I've search

There is not a conversion kit.
Check out the manual for the DM-1 spec and compare.

Hyper 1/7 is not a hyper 7. They are two different scales and they are not similar or based.
