Hi!

Longer Wheelhub = less grip but more stability
shorter Wheelhub = more grip

I use in the front +2mm
and in the rear +1mm

I dont think it will take grip away if your set up is correct.

I use +2 fr and rr and it make the car more stable in the turns i can go with a better speed and not get in my lid.
