Does anybody know what the fuel tank posts are for (29070) are they necesary inside the tank?

i believe the hyper tank is a bit too big per roar or ifmar rules so the post is for a spacer that will limit the amount of fuel in the tank to the roar or ifmar limits of 125cc total including the fuel lines . some of the major races will enforce this rules so keep that in mind when attending major races for club level no worries just grip it and let it rip
