My center diff keeps on leaking, that orange band excuse for a seal pops out either after the screws are tightened completely or after running a few laps and then I notice tiny bits of fluid leaking all the time which after a whole day of racing drains the whole diff.

What should I do to fix this?

If it were me, I would just buy a new diff cup. A new cup and seal would be cheaper than all the time you waste messing with it. I also like to use AE green slime on all the seals during assembly.
