I did not have to do any grinding but did have to put some spacers between the mount and the engine. Needed the engine a little higher for my starter box. I was running I started with 40wt and there was way to much bouncing going on. I when to 45wt it seemed to help a little but I stripped the internal gears in the rear diff.
