No, that most definitely is not a Dominator. Thats a Monster Blazer OR an Ultra GT LX buggy with MT tires, same exact thing really.....
The only way to know for sure is the wheel hubs, the Monster Blazer came equipped with 19mm hubs whereas the LXGT buggy has 17mm hubs.
If you plan on running those big ol' tires, you MUST address the stock gearing (spur) to have any resemblance of bottom end power and stop the Monster from eating your clutch. Fortunitely I have the perfect BOLT ON kit to unleash that killer beast.
My GT Kit specifically address's the Monster Blazer's lack luster gearing, it includes:
1- 7075 T-6 Radio Plate (anodized Blue or natural aluminum)
1- 7075 T-6 Trans Plate (anodized Blue or natural aluminum)
1- HD Mainshaft w/ modified 6065 T-6 hub and grub (center spool)
1- Trans lift kit with extended fasteners
1- Stock Ofna 65T spur gear (plastic). Note: 62T steel is available.
1- Installation instructions.
GT Kit is $55.00, that includes USPS Priority S&H in the US.

Here it is installed, looks Ofna stock, but trust me its not..
At a bare minimum, I'd also suggest you upgrade the front and rear Ring Gears (31010), shim the front and rear pinions for optimal lash, and shim (tighten) the servo saver. Heres a few pics of my Monster Blazer GT..
Some naked shots..

With the exception of the Roll Bar, a MP/Dominator chassis looks like this.

What wheels/tires do you have, those goofy cartoon looking MP bricks or the Dominators standard MT wheels/tires? If neither, I'd highly suggest the standard size. If you have and/or prefer the goofy tires, the OS .30 may be a good engine choice, you'll need the added bottom end torque to turn them heavy bricks..
If you have the standard MT wheels/tires, a decent .21 will likely be faster and offer much better fuel economy.
I know the hyper .21 4 port used to push the Dominator RTR along purdy good, a Hyper 8 port made 'em ballistic.
SABR TI chassis and plate kit, along with there aluminum diff case would make exceptional upgrades new or used, if you can locate 'em...
The Dom was discontinued a few years ago, but it appears nitrohouse.com still carries NOS, replacement parts, and upgrades.
Heres there MP/Dominator Parts list, page 5 has most of the bling/upgrades.
I also have a preprimed NOS 4130 .25X.035" CMT 4 PT Rollbar (shown above) w/ grade 8 fasteners for the MP/Dominator chassis, $35.00 if your interested. Includes USPS Priority S&H (lower 48) and installation template. I cant recall the exact wieght now, but I believe it was less than an ounce, yet its super strong and very durable.
The rollbar greatly extends the life of the stock body while offering engine head , fuel tank, and servo tray protection from roll overs and much more without interferring with engine mounting or tuning, header/pipe routing, or gen maint. Initial install takes a few, requires drilling 4 precisely placed holes (template provided), but afterwards it can be removed and/or installed in about one minute if ever needed.
Tucks nicely under the stock body at lowest setting.
Chassis shot.
Under chassis shot.
