|
|
| Ravager with .28 : I am sending engine in for rebuild. Meantime I have a Losi 427 that I would like to put in and use. The engine mounts on the Losi engine do not align with the mounting holes on the Ravager. When I put the Ofna mounts on it, the backplate touches the chassis first. Should I puts some spacers (perhaps washers) on the Ofna engine mounts to make up for the clearance with the backplate ( the Losi has a spin plate backplate) or should I drill holes in my chassis to align with the Losi mounts? Another option I had considered was changing the backplate for a starter box. Any ideas on the best way to install the Losi engine or should I just put another Ofna engine in the Ravager? |
