Is the Monster Pirate race legal excluding the engine size and wheels and tires? I'm looking specification wise.

This subject was laid to rest well over a year ago.
Oh, for the record. The Monster Pirate did not come with a 2 speed from the factory, the 2 speed was only available as an optional upgrade. |
